Q: What types of accommodations are available?
A: We offer 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom condominiums and 3-bedroom townhomes, each with a full kitchen, fireplace, and private patio or balcony.

Q: Are there laundry facilities on-site?
A: Yes, there are five laundry facilities available. Machines operate with coins or through a mobile app.

Q: What is the minimum age to check in?
A: Guests must be at least 21 years old to check in.

Q: Are the units accessible by elevator?
A: No, our 3-level buildings are accessible via stair towers only.

Q: Do the units have air conditioning?
A: No, air conditioning is not provided. Due to our mountain climate, units stay comfortable with open windows.

Q: Do the units have fireplaces?
A: Yes, each unit includes a fireplace in the living area.

Q: Do all rental units have a full kitchen and living area?
A: Yes. Units are equipped with a full kitchen, living area, all linens, and cookware.

Q: Is there a restaurant on-site?
A: Yes, Apre’ Café is a privately owned restaurant located on-site.

Q: Is the resort located in Vail Village?
A: No, the resort is located just east of the Village in the quiet, family-friendly neighborhood of East Vail.

Q: Is there on-site maintenance during my stay?
A: Yes, please contact the front desk for assistance or to request maintenance.

Q: How long is the bus ride to Vail Village?
A: The free shuttle takes approximately 15–20 minutes to reach the Vail Transportation Center at Bridge Street.

Q: Are pets allowed?
A: No, pets are not permitted at the Vail Racquet Club Mountain Resort.

Q: Is smoking allowed?
A: No smoking of any kind is permitted in or around the rental units.

Q: Are complimentary activities included?
A: Yes. Guests enjoy free access to the Fitness Facility including fitness classes, weight room, cardio room, circuit machine area, a heated, year-round, lap pool, 3 hot tubs, sauna, and steam rooms.

Q: Are there kid-friendly activities?
A: Yes. There’s a playground and park next to the BBQ patio area. Big Horn Park is also located roughly 200 yards east of the property.

Q: Is parking available?
A: Yes, free parking is included for guests booking directly with the resort (up to two vehicles). Additional vehicles are $50/day.

Q: Are there electric vehicle charging stations?
A: Yes, we offer eight EV charging stations on-site.

Q: How do I get to Vail Village or Lionshead?
A: The resort is on Vail’s free shuttle route, with two stops on the property.

Q: Is housekeeping included?
A: Yes. The frequency depends on the length of your stay. The front desk will provide details at check-in.

Q: Can I get a group rate if I book multiple units?
A: Yes. Please contact Group Sales for special pricing when renting 5 or more rental units.

Q: Is breakfast included?
A: No, but each unit has a full kitchen for self-prepared meals.

Q: Can I check in after the reception is closed?
A: Yes. We offer after-hours check-in instructions.

Booking & Payment

Q: What is your deposit policy?
A: Full payment is due and nonrefundable 14 days prior to arrival for ski season (mid-November to mid-April) and 3 days prior for the rest of the year.

Q: Can I modify my reservation without fees?
A: Yes, if changes are made outside the cancellation window, no fees apply.

Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: Once full payment is collected, the reservation is non-refundable.

Q: Are there benefits to booking directly?
A: Yes. Guests booking directly can opt into our Cash Back Rewards program.

Q: Are there any hidden fees?
A: No. The rate shown when booking directly on our website includes all fees.

Fitness Facility & Activities

Q: What are the Fitness Facility hours?
A: The Fitness Facility and reception area are open from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

Q: Do you offer club memberships?
A: Yes, both individual and family memberships are available, along with day passes.

Q: Do resort guests get free access to the Health Club?
A: Yes, full access is included in your stay when booking through the resort.

Q: How do I reserve tennis or pickleball courts?
A: Resort guests may book up to 24 hours in advance through the front desk. Fitness Facility members may reserve courts 48 hours in advance via the VRC app.

Q: Are fitness classes offered?
A: Yes, complimentary fitness, spin, and yoga classes are available. Check the Fitness Facility website or Front Desk for schedules.

Q: Are sauna and steam rooms co-ed?
A: No, they are located within the men’s and women’s locker rooms.

A: Yes, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

Q: What is the closest airport?
A: Vail/Eagle County Airport (EGE) is the nearest major airport.

Q: Do you provide shuttle service?
A: No, but local shuttle services are available, and the resort is on Vail’s free bus route.

Q: Is there public transit to/from the airport?
A: No. You will need to arrange a shuttle or car rental from Denver (DIA) or Eagle/Vail (EGE) airports.

Q: Do you have accessible units?
A: No, due to the terrain and private individual ownerships, we do not have ADA-accessible units.
