2 Bedroom Loft: Unit 1-13

Unit 1-13 is a PLATINUM rated, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with an added loft space with 2 additional twin beds.  This unit is an end unit with a private entrance on the 3rd level.  The deck has outdoor seating and an electric grill. This unit is also has a washer and dryer in the unit.

The living has a wood burning fireplace and flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with the necessary cookery.  The dining area has seating for 6.

The master bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has 2 twin beds. Each bedroom has a TV.  Again this unit also has the 2 twin beds in the lofted area. Please note this is accessed via a ladder in the hall.

So sorry, no pets are allowed.

Unit 1-13 is a PLATINUM Rated unit.  Platinum rates are here.  Lofted unit rates will fall between the 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom condo rates. To confirm a stay of 30 nights or more, please email us at Sales@vrcmr.com and reference 1-13 Rental in the subject line.

NOTE:  If this particular unit is unavailable due to a maintenance issue or the like which renders the unit uninhabitable, the VRCMR will offer the use of a unit with similar bedding and size for your stay.
