2 Bedroom Loft: Unit 3-15

Unit 3-15 is a GOLD rated, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with an added loft space with 2 additional twin beds.  This unit has a private entrance on the 3rd level, backing up to Gore Creek.  The deck has outdoor seating and an electric grill. This unit is also close to one of the laundry facilities.

The living area has a pull out sofa bed, fireplace and flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with the necessary cookery.  The dining area has seating for 6 as well as 2 bar stools.

The master bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has 2 twin beds. Again this unit also has the 2 twin beds in the lofted area. Please note this is accessed via a ladder in the hall.

Your seasonal stay includes free WiFi, free parking, a cleaning approximately every 2-3 weeks (depending on length of stay) and a departure clean.

We recommend trip insurance. Full payment for the entire rental is due at the time of booking and is nonrefundable for any reason.

NOTE:  If this particular unit is unavailable due to a maintenance issue or the like which renders the unit uninhabitable, the VRCMR will offer the use of a unit with similar bedding and size for your stay.
