Unit 4-09 is a GOLD rated, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo on the first level. It is an end unit with a private entrance. The deck also has outdoor seating and an electric grill. This unit is close to the park and one of the laundry facilities.
The living area has a pull out sofa bed, a wood burning fireplace and flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with the necessary cookery. The dining area has seating for 6.
The master bedroom and the second bedroom each have a queen bed and flat screen TVs. Both bathrooms for unit 4-09 have walk-in showers.
Your seasonal stay includes free WiFi, free parking, a cleaning approximately every 2-3 weeks (depending on length of stay) and a departure clean.
