Golden Racquet Classic Registration

I understand that participation in the Golden Racquet Classic and related tennis, recreational, and event activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, equipment-related injuries, physical exertion, weather conditions, and other risks associated with athletic activities.
By registering and participating, I voluntarily assume these risks and accept responsibility for my participation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Vail Racquet Club Mountain Resort, the Golden Racquet Classic, their owners, employees, representatives, sponsors, volunteers, and event organizers from claims or liability arising from my participation, except where such release is prohibited by law.
I confirm that I am physically able to participate and understand that I am responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for me.

The Golden Racquet Classic is scheduled for September 25–27, 2026. Tournament formats, divisions, match schedules, and singles/doubles offerings are subject to registration turnout and may be adjusted by the tournament organizers.

Registration is $65 per person. Participation in a requested singles or doubles division is not guaranteed and will depend on the number and level of registered players.

Players registering for doubles are responsible for arranging their own doubles partner. Each player must complete an individual registration and pay the applicable registration fee.

Tournament organizers reserve the right to modify match times, formats, divisions, schedules, or other event details due to participation levels, weather, court conditions, safety concerns, or circumstances outside the organizers' reasonable control.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the start of the event may be canceled without charge. Registration payments will be processed 72 hours prior to the event, and once payment has been processed, all registration fees are non-refundable.

If the tournament or a portion of the event cannot take place due to weather or circumstances outside the organizers' control, refunds or credits, if any, will be determined by Vail Racquet Club.

I (we) understand that this authorization will be for the total amount due each month. I (we) understand non-payment due to the account being declined with result in suspension of membership and loss of usage rights and privileges. This authorization is to remain in force until the Vail Racquet Club has received written notification by me or my spouse of its termination in such time and in such manner as to afford the Vail Racquet Club a reasonable opportunity to act on it.
