Job Summary

We are seeking a licensed Massage Therapist, full or part-time to join our resort staff. As a Massage Therapist, you will tailor massage treatments to your patient’s individual needs and health goals. The successful candidate will be knowledgeable in a variety of massage styles, possess a deep knowledge of human anatomy and the musculoskeletal system, and work well as part of a holistic wellness team. Weekends required and housing available for full-time employees.

Responsibilities 

• Perform a variety of massage and body treatments
• Educate clients on the services and products offered as well as the therapeutic benefits of regular massage therapy
• Maintain accurate records of each session
• Schedule, confirm, and cancel appointments
• Build relationships with clients to assist them with meeting their wellness goals
• Ensure a clean and safe facility
• Complying with all applicable standards, rules, and regulations.

Qualifications

• Hold current state license and liability insurance to practice massage therapy
• Capable of performing deep tissue, Swedish, and maternity massage modalities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strongly service oriented with an ability to communicate effectively with clients in a one-on-one setting
• High level of ethics and integrity.
• A passion for helping people look and feel their best.

Compensation: $100.00 – $2,000.00 per week

Front Desk Position:

The Front Desk Agent is responsible for day to day running of the front desk. This includes:

• Maintaining a courteous disposition during the everyday interaction with Short-Term renters, Long-Term renters, Club members and Home Owners, as well as the general public.
• Opening and closing the Vail Racquet Club at specified hours of operation and ensuring the club is locked and safe for the night.
• Running all the necessary reports and performing all tasks on the daily AM/PM check list.
• Performing the nightly audit successfully and making the daily drop into the safe.
• Making reservations (via phone and email)
• Recognizing that customers and their satisfaction are our primary reasons for being here.
• Performing check-in and check-out with our Short Term rental guests.
• Handles complaints in an expeditious, courteous, professional manner and refers dissatisfied customers to a Manager if need be.
• Works with and assists co-workers at the front desk. Being a team player.
• Sustain close communication with Housekeeping in regards to any changes in reports for that day; room moves, late departures, special requests, etc.
• Greeting and bidding farewell to the guests entering and leaving the club with a pleasant demeanor.
