The VRCMR Night Manager & Pool Opener position is ideal for someone who works a regular day job, enjoys quiet evenings at home, and is an early riser! Vail Racquet Club Mountain Resort is looking for a professional in customer service to be on call overnight to respond to emergency requests from short-term rental guests and homeowners. The Night Manager must be available to respond 5 nights per week from 9 pm – 5 am (compensated for one hour per night for on-call availability, plus one hour for each call response). Examples of emergency response: unit lock-out; noise complaint; sounding alarm. Residency at the VRC is required – affordable on-site housing (1-bedroom, pet permitted) is provided! This role also requires opening the VRC pool and hot tubs at 5:30 am 3 to 4 mornings each week. Pool opening includes monitoring water chemistry, conducting inspections of equipment, and ensuring that the pool and hot tubs meet health and safety standards (training provided). Anticipated weekly compensation = 7 hours. wage range $40 – $50/hour DOE

The marketing coordinator plays a crucial role in promoting the Vail Racquet Club Mountain Resort and enhancing its brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy Development: Create and implement marketing strategies to promote the resort.
Project coordination: Manage and coordinate marketing projects to ensure timely completion.
Promotional material management: Oversee the creation and distribution of promotional materials.
Analytics and reporting: Analyze marketing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns. Present findings to management, offering insights for strategic decision-making.
Guest engagement: develop initiatives to drive traffic to the resort and resort amenities.
Budget management: track project budgets to ensure marketing initiatives are cost-effective.
Digital Asset management: maintain digital assets and ensure accurate online representation.
Social Media management and content development: Manage and update social media accounts, ensuring a consistent brand voice and engaging content. Collaborate with designers, writers, and others to develop compelling and engaging content. Monitor social media performance, analyze metrics, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for the company. Analyze data and present findings to inform marketing strategy.
Skills
Prior experience as a Marketing Coordinator or Assistant.
Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
A strong handle on social media with a keen understanding for creating quick and snappy content.
Experience in developing campaigns and content, partnership, and mass communications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in using AI tools.

The VRCMR Administration Coordinator will be responsible for managing office operations, including scheduling, communication, and record-keeping. They ensure that administrative tasks are completed efficiently and serve as a point of contact for employees, owners, and guests. A primary responsibility is oversight of administrative processes in the maintenance department, such as organizing and coordinating maintenance activities, scheduling maintenance tasks, and communication with maintenance teams and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Scheduling: Coordinating meetings, appointments, and vendors for staff.
Communication: Acting as a liaison between departments, owners, and vendors.
Record-Keeping: Maintaining organized filing systems and managing documentation. Generate and distribute maintenance and production reports. Update and maintain preventive maintenance task information.
Staff Support: Providing support to administrative staff and assisting in training.
Inventory Control: Oversight of inventory distribution and control for retail shop.
Skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
