Our rental units include a full kitchen, cookware, linens and a separate living area. Units also feature a fireplace, and accommodations may include a private patio or balcony. Because the condos are individually owned and styled, décor, layouts and certain furnishings may vary between units.

We offer one-, two- and three-bedroom condominiums, as well as three-bedroom townhomes. Each accommodation provides a private entrance, full kitchen and separate living space, giving couples, families and groups a comfortable home base in East Vail.

A one-bedroom condo is generally the most suitable option for a couple or solo traveler. These units feature a private bedroom with a queen bed, a full kitchen and a living area with a fireplace. Some one-bedroom condos also include a sleeper sofa.

Two-bedroom condos work well for small families or two couples, offering two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and an open living area. Larger families and multigenerational groups may prefer a three-bedroom condo or three-level townhome, which offers additional bedrooms, bathrooms, privacy and gathering space.
