Booking Tips:
Note, that the warmer weather months in Vail bring construction projects. Please pardon our dust while you are with us during the spring, summer, and fall seasons.
We want you to enjoy everything our mountain resort has to offer.
- Booking directly with the resort will include onsite management, free parking for up to 2 vehicles, $1,000 accidental damage protection coverage, and all the resort amenities!
- Be sure to sign up for the CASH BACK Rewards on the booking page!
- Also note, our last available units by unit size as well as same-day arrivals are only bookable by calling our Front Desk.
- Current Club House Hours: 6 AM – 9 PM.
- Check-in: 4 PM – Check-out: 10 AM – housekeeping will arrive at 10 AM to clean your unit. Any delays will incur a fee.
- Linen Exchanges can be arranged with the front desk.
- The property has 5 laundry facilities with app-operated machines or coins. Download: MyCSCGo.com
- Minimum check-in age is 21 years
- All condo buildings are 3 to 3.5 stories with covered stairways. There are no elevators for unit access.
- All townhome units have living spaces on 3 levels.
- Sorry, pets are not permitted. Fines will be charged if an animal has been in the unit.
- No Smoking of any kind is permitted in or around the units
- We recommend travelers’ insurance. Please review the cancellation and nonrefundable policies on your confirmation email.
- Although every attempt will be made to meet the requests when available, location and or bedding requests cannot be guaranteed for any stay.
- Upon arrival, every bathroom will be supplied with a one-day supply of soap and shampoo/conditioner.
- If additional supplies are required we encourage you to visit the local Sims Market right here in East Vail.
