2 Bedroom Condo

Each of our 2 bedroom, 2 bath condos available for a vacation rental are situated on one level within 874 square feet. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom will have either a queen or two twin beds. The bathroom serving this bedroom is typically a hall bath.  Be sure to note what bedding you’d prefer in the second bedroom. The living area may have a pull out sofa sleeper allowing for a max occupancy of 5 guests. We suggest no more than 4.

• Units located on the first, second, or third floors of walkup buildings
• Fully equipped kitchen, living room, and dining area
• Fireplace (or similar) in the living space
• No additional fees for extra guests
  • Cannot exceed max occupancy of 5
• Sleeper sofa in most units (better suited for children than adults)
• Private deck or patio with seating and an electric barbecue grill
• Programmable safe
• Television in the living area
• Full access to the private health club, pool, sauna, steam room, and fitness center
• Free Wi-Fi throughout the unit and public areas
• Free parking (up to 2 vehicles), including 8 electric vehicle charging stations (first-come, first-served; requires a parking pass from the front desk)
• Bathroom stocked with a one-day supply of soap, shampoo, and conditioner (additional supplies available at the local Sims Market)
• Thorough cleaning and sanitization after each stay by the dedicated housekeeping staff
• Full cleaning upon departure included
• Guests staying 10+ nights receive a sheet change and mid-stay full cleaning (no additional charge)
• Units equipped with carbon monoxide detectors, smoke alarms, and fire extinguishers
• On-site laundry facilities (coin or app operated)

We will do our best to fulfill your requests for location and bedding, but we cannot guarantee any specific unit assignments, as they are determined on the day of your arrival.
