A bit larger than the Junior One Bedroom Vacation Rental, Your One-Bedroom vacation rental condo has a private master bedroom with one queen bed, one bathroom and a pull-out sleeper sofa in the living area. At 576 square feet, the One Bedroom Condo has a max occupancy of 4 guests.
Details and Inclusions in your One Bedroom rental unit:
- Individual private entrances
- Units on 1, 2 or third levels of walk up buildings
- A fully equipped kitchen, living room and dining room/area
- Fireplace (or the like) in the living area
- NO ADDED fees for additional guests
- Max occupancy of 4 guests
- Sleeper Sofa or an air mattress
- Deck or patio with seating and electric barbecue grill
- Programmable safe
- Television in the living area
- Full access to our private health club, pool, sauna, steam & fitness center
- Free Wi-Fi in unit and public areas
- Free parking (max 2 vehicles) – 8 Electric Vehicle Charging Stations (first come first served – Must have a parking pass issued by the Front Desk)
- Bathroom will be supplied with a one day supply of soap and Aveda shampoo/conditioner.
- If additional supplies are required we encourage you to visit the local Sims Market right here in East Vail.
- All units are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each and every stay by our dedicated housekeeping staff.
- Full clean upon departure is included –
- Guests staying 7 nights will receive a sheet change midway through their stay.
- Guests staying 10 or more nights will receive a sheet change and a full mid clean during their stay
- These services are free of charge to all of our resort guests. If you require more services, please speak to the front desk.
- All units are equipped with carbon dioxide detectors, smoke alarms as well as fire extinguishers.
