The one-bedroom + loft units are similar to the one-bedroom condos, featuring a private master bedroom with a queen-sized bed and at least one full bathroom. The loft area is located above the kitchen and is typically accessed by a ladder in the hallway between the living space and bedroom. While the loft’s lower ceiling height may prevent adults from standing upright, it can accommodate 1-2 beds. At approximately 576 square feet, these top-floor, 3-level walk-up units provide the perfect space for 2-4 people, with a maximum occupancy of 4 guests.
Details and Inclusions in your One Bedroom rental unit:
- Each unit has a private entrance.
- The units are located on the third floor of walk-up buildings.
- The units feature a fully equipped kitchen, living room, and dining room/area.
- The living area has a fireplace (or similar feature).
- There are no additional fees for extra guests.
- The maximum occupancy is 4 guests.
- Most units have a sleeper sofa, which is best suited for children, not advised for adults.
- Each unit has a deck or patio with seating and an electric barbecue grill.
- The units are equipped with a programmable safe.
- There is a television in the living area.
- Guests have full access to the private health club, pool, sauna, steam room, and fitness center.
- Free Wi-Fi is available in the units and public areas.
- Free parking is provided for up to 2 vehicles, including 8 electric vehicle charging stations (first-come, first-served, with a parking pass from the front desk).
- Each unit’s bathroom will be supplied with a one-day supply of soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Additional supplies can be obtained from the local Sims Market in East Vail.
- All units are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each stay by the dedicated housekeeping staff.
- A full clean is included upon departure.
- Guests staying 10 or more nights will receive a sheet change and a full mid-stay clean, free of charge.
- Additional services are available upon request from the front desk.
- All units are equipped with carbon dioxide detectors, smoke alarms, and fire extinguishers.
- There are 5 coin or app-operated laundry facilities on site.
- Roll-away beds are not permitted in the units.
