14-09 is a GOLD rated, first level, end unit (one level up).  This one bedroom condo also has 2 bathrooms, a washer/dryer in unit and is conveniently located to the bus stop for Vail’s free bus service and the Club House. The rental rates for this unit will be as a Platinum level due to the 2 full baths.

The bedroom  has a queen bed and a TV. The living area has a queen sized pull out sofa, a wood fireplace. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookery and has dining for 2 as well as 2 bar stools. The owner includes access to the ski locker for this unit as well!  The patio has an electric grill.

Your stay includes free WiFi, free parking, daily trash & towel service and a free departure clean and a limited amount of firewood for the fireplace (seasonally).

Take advantage of Vail’s free shuttle service during your stay. There are 2 convenient stops at the Vail Racquet Club. The bus runs every 20 minutes in ski season and 30 minutes in summer. The front desk will give you a bus schedule when you arrive!

So sorry, no pets are allowed.

NOTE:  If this particular unit is unavailable due to a maintenance issue or the like which renders the unit uninhabitable, the VRCMR will offer the use of a unit with similar bedding and size for your stay.
