At Heirloom, we pride ourselves on our ability to create unique and fresh menu options with each individual couple. From your very first inquiry, to site tour, to tasting and beyond, the staff is here to ensure that your catered affair goes off without a hitch and will be something your guests remember for years to come.

We are currently only offering Rooms for wedding dates within the 2020 and 2021 calendar years. We do not currently have dates available for on-site ceremonies or receptions for 2020 or 2021.

As the official Food & Beverage caterer for all Vail Racquet Club Mountain Resort events, you will be in good hands with the highly trained catering chefs at Heirloom. Their broad experience allows them to accomplish any culinary style you have in mind for your special event! So let us know your dreams – whether plated or buffet, BBQ or ultra fine dining we will help to create a custom menu that fits your needs.

Complete packages will cover cocktail hour through reception and everything in between.
