Maintenance Technician II or III

To support and assist the Maintenance Director in carrying out the functions of the maintenance department in such a way that all activities are completed in a timely, professional, and cost effective manner.

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED with technical training preferred. A minimum of 4 years experience in building operations and maintenance or a related field. Ability to accomplish diagnostic testing and repair of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. Ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English.
