1 Bedroom Condo +Loft

Our one bedroom + Loft units are just like the One Bedroom Condo, with a private master bedroom with a queen bed and at least one full bathroom. The loft units have an additional are over the kitchen.  The loft is typically accessed by a ladder in the hallway between the living area and the bedroom. The loft has lower ceilings so adults may not be able to stand upright, but the loft will have anywhere from 1 – 2 beds.  The unit is approximately 576 square feet, and is a top level unit on the 3 level walk up.  It’s the perfect space for 2-4 people but it does have a max occupancy of 4 guests.

• Free parking for up to 2 vehicles – includes 8 Electric Vehicle Charging Stations (first come first served – Must have a parking pass issued by the Front Desk)
• Unit Bathroom(s) will be supplied with a one day supply of soap, shampoo and conditioner.
  • If additional supplies are required we encourage you to visit the local Sims Market right here in East Vail.
• All units are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each and every stay by our dedicated housekeeping staff.
• Full clean upon departure is included
  • Guests staying 10 or more nights will receive a sheet change and a full mid clean during their stay
  • These services are free of charge to all of our resort guests.  If you require more services, please speak to the front desk.
• All units are equipped with carbon dioxide detectors, smoke alarms as well as fire extinguishers.
• There are 5 coin or app operated, laundry facilities on site.

*Roll-away beds are not permitted in units.
