2 Bedroom: Unit 3-10

Unit 3-10 is a PLATINUM rated, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo on the second level with a private entrance.  This quiet location offers GREAT views of Gore Creek, is close to the park and one of the laundry facilities.

The living area has a pull out sofa bed, a wood burning fireplace and a flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with the necessary cookery.  The dining area has seating for 6 as well as 3 bar stools.

The master bedroom has a queen bed as does the second bedroom. Both bedrooms also have a TV.

Your seasonal stay includes free WiFi, free parking, a cleaning approximately every 2-3 weeks (depending on length of stay) and a departure clean.

All seasonal rentals require the first and last months rent to secure the unit.  This is nonrefundable.  The final balance is due 30 days prior to arrival and is then nonrefundable.  We recommend trip insurance. 

So sorry, no pets are allowed.

NOTE:  If this particular unit is unavailable due to a maintenance issue or the like which renders the unit uninhabitable, the VRCMR will offer the use of a unit with similar bedding and size for your stay.
